The Gifted Healing Center (TGHC) was founded in 1998 by Rev. Ray Muse and wife Barbara Muse. The Muses decided that their concern for their community and their Christian path demanded that they find ways to help their brothers and sisters fight the devastating effects of substance abuse. The mission of TGHC is to promote healthy behaviors and healthy environments through a holistic approach. This holistic approach will eliminate chemical dependence and other problems associated with drug and alcohol use. TGHC is committed to serving the African-American community by changing the landscape for people suffering from substance abuse.
